Before you arrive
You'll receive intake forms via secure email. Complete them at your own pace — no rush.
Check-in
Arrive 10 minutes early (or log in to telehealth). Bring your ID, insurance card, and any meds.
The conversation
A 60-minute, unhurried visit. We listen, ask thoughtful questions, and discuss what's working.
Plan together
Before you leave, you'll have a clear plan — and your prescriptions, if any, sent to your pharmacy.

Generally no — you can book directly via our online scheduling or by calling us. Some HMO plans require a referral; we'll verify when you contact us.
Initial visits are 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes, though we'll always extend if more time is needed.
Yes — most of our care can be delivered via secure video. Some primary-care services (vaccinations, certain physical exams) require in-person visits.
Yes, when clinically appropriate — including stimulants for ADHD and certain anxiety/sleep medications. We prescribe responsibly with regular monitoring.
If you're in immediate danger, please call 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. We are not a 24/7 crisis service.
Yes — Dr. Palle is dual-certified, so the same provider can manage your psychiatric care AND your primary care, with one unified plan.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Life happens — just communicate with us when it does.
All clinical documentation is stored in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record. Telehealth uses encrypted video.
